Tim MillerGroup Chief Exec
Tim started his career at McCanns working on Coca Cola International. He then moved into Direct Marketing, building campaigns for the Guinness, Allied Bakeries, BAA and Virgin Atlantic. As well as Chief Executive duties across the Group, he still heads up the RCCL account. When he’s not doing that, it’s all things Arsenal and Fujian White Crane.
Nick CarterCreative Director
From the heart of the West Country, Nick has masses of experience across blue chip design projects in travel, financial services, government, consulting and retail. Nick remains very much the ‘hands on’ head of our design team with direct client responsibilities. When not tucked away in the agency studio, Nick is often to be found anywhere between holes 1 and 18.
Jon PerritonDeputy Creative Director
Jon (JP) joined Positive by Design as Deputy Creative Director and has a wealth of design and management experience having worked on Sony Ericsson, T-mobile, Shell, Discovery Channel, Puma, and Barcardi Brown Forman. JP works alongside Nick Carter heading up Celebrity Cruises, City Index, Alistair Hugo, Reed Exhibitions and new business.
Rachel LakeNew Business Development Manager
Rachel brings over 15 years agency experience as Account Director on brands such as BBC, Sony, Shell, Diageo and National Car Rental; Rachel now heads up Client Services for Positive by Design. With a focus on developing business direct with our Creative Department, she looks after those clients looking for a pure design solution to briefs.
